I am pleased to announce that I have successfully re-programmed the stock Kawasaki ZG1400 Concours ECU to my own exacting specifications as listed below.

More than 1 year of R&D has been spent on this project !!

Driveability and tuning issues cannot be completely solved with an external fuel tuner,
This is the best result in driveability and power possible anywhere for this model.
Our proprietary software guarantees it !!

My Kawasaki ZG 1400 ECU programming (Re-Flash) includes the following:

1) Fix all inherent fueling problems inside the ECU.
(the ones that cannot be fixed with an external fuel tuner.
Includes fueling changes - External fuel tuner not needed - just plug in and go !!

2) Disable fuel cut
a) Gets rid of poor throttle transitions from closed throttle.

b) Gets rid of annoying popping and banging during decel and also jerky response when re-applying the throttle from closed.

c) Throttle modulation is noticeably improved over what can be achieved with a fuel tuner alone.

d) Dramatic improvement upon re-application from closed throttle (in all riding conditions).

3) Close AIS valve electronically
No need for block-off plates for air injection system.

4) Cooling Fan comes on at 195 degrees and goes off at 186
Helps keep engine cooler when you are stuck in traffic.

5) Re-program Sub-throttles for best response and remove power restrictions

a) This allows a more sensitive throttle that is easy to control.

b) Allows 100% of the 1400's engine's available power - whenever you ask for it.

c) Gives immediate engine response to the throttle with no restrictions

6 ) Complete custom re-curve of ignition timing & raise rev-limiter 500 rpm

a) Gets rid of part throttle timing retarder for more response, better fuel economy and less vibration when cruising and moderate acceleration.

b) Gets rid of ignition timing issues that are unique to the ZG1400 Concours

c) Set timing for maximium power and driveability across the entire rpm range & all throttle positions

d) Adjust timing to be the same for all gears.

e) Raise rev-limiter 500 rpm because with my programming, it's still making good power.

7) Reduced heavy engine braking on decel.
More relaxed gear changes and throttle modulation at all speeds.

8) Reduced running temperatures.

9) All power & speed limiters removed

10) All driveability inhibitors removed

11) Free upgrades when/if we make improvements.

12) Return your ecu back to stock at no charge for any reason.

13) Anything that compromises performance and/or driveability is eliminated
