Thanks to Ivan's ecu flash my Kaw Vulcan Vaquero is now running like a dream, nearly all the engine shutter is gone and the throttle response is fantastic!!
The main reason I decided to get it done was because the bike shook so much when I was towing my mini camper, haven't had a chance to try it towing yet,
but I'll bet all that shaking will be gone!
5+ stars! Highly recommended !!

Ivan's performance ecu flash is really great. Its made a big difference for my Kawasaki Vaquero. Highly recommend it.

Just got my Vulcan 1700 Ivanized by Ivan's Performance Products. It hasn't run this good since the day I bought it.
Sent him the computer and waited for it to come back. Hope I don't get a ticket now with all that extra horsepower.

I purchased a hold over 2013 Kawasaki 1700 Nomad in 2016. The dealer would not let me test ride it, so I bought it on faith. Riding it home I was extremely disappointed. It felt so gutless I couldn't even figure any situation where I would shift into 6th gear.

Shortly after my purchase I saw Ivan's announcement that he had developed a re-flash for all the Vulcan 1700s.
After a few people reported their experiences with the re-flash, I sent my ECU in and upon reinstalling it and taking the first ride I was gobsmacked!
I had already installed slip ons and BAK so I got the full improvements right away. It became a whole different bike.
If you own one of these bikes this re-flash is a must have.

Had my 2014 Vaquero with a PC V fuel and ignition tuner; I thought I had it tuned good.
When I finally tried the much talked about Ivan’s flash; wow! Forget the added torque; the ride-ability wins.

2009 Vulcan Classic

Wow! What an incredible experience. Sent my ECU off last Monday to Ivans. Send it overnight, got a phone call at 11 a.m. Tuesday when they received it.
I arranged payment and they had it shipped back to me that afternoon. They sent it 2 day by FedEx. I received it Thursday afternoon and installed it Friday evening.
Took me 10 minutes to reinstall it.

Now, for a short ride review of the flash:

I rode 200 miles yesterday, mostly interstate type riding. I did some in town riding. My observations so far;

Throttle response has improved 1000%. There is no lag, no hesitation and it feels like my old 2004 1500 Classic when I roll onto the throttle.

There is absolutely no popping or backfiring on deceleration at any engine speed at all. As a side note, I have Cobra pipes on the bike and no air fuel controller.

I have a Dyno sheet from before I bought the bike and I would have to put it on a Dyno again to confirm this but, it feels like there is more horsepower available.

I cannot comment on fuel mileage as I got a bit carried away yesterday for 30 minutes or so and was above 100 mph.

It has always been my experience that fuel mileage goes way down when you reach speeds like that.
I will say though that I did go 175 miles on 5.1 gallons so it felt like I was doing better.
I have read comments on this flash that mileage sometimes goes up to 38 mpg, so I will see that on a future run hopefully. Going to try to do an Orlando to Miami and back run in one day in two weeks.

Additionally, I can now accelerate in a higher gear from a slower speed without the engine bucking. I don't know what that is a function of but before I had this flash done the engine would always buck if I rolled a corner and didn't downshift far enough. That is gone.

All in all, this is the best money I have spent on a bike modification ever.
I bought this bike 4 months ago and for the first time since I have had it, it was 100% enjoyable to ride.

I have a 2017 Kawasaki Voyager 1700. I tried the power commander V. Had the bike dyno twice with no luck at all.
Bike had a lot of popping, high temp and lugging. I called Ivan they told me to send them My EC unit.

Got it back a few days later and now the bike runs like a horse.
No popping at all, full power and running at normal temp ranges. I wish I had called Ivan from the start.

OMG!!,,,, I finally have the bike, I always wanted! Right outta' the garage, I was amazed at the difference!
If your wondering if this is a worthy fix!, waste NO MORE TIME, Just make the move!!
Ivan has done the "Homework" for you!, and it's evident, he knows his trade very well,,,,I could go "ON & ON, jus' do it!
These folks are very much, on their game!! I have a "NEW", 2011 Kawasaki Vaquero now, let the fun begin!

UPDATE: 7/20/18, Bike is performing just GREAT!!
Everytime I get on it, I'm more excited more than ever before.
It was a "Major" improvement, glad I finally have a Vaquero that runs like it should, Even "6th" has some strong "Punch" now!! THANKS!!

If you haven’t been Ivanized,then you don’t know what your missing.I have a 2014 Vaquero that has been flashed by Ivan.
The bike is altogether a different ride. Quicker and more responsive.

I waited until my 2014 Nomad was broken in and took the hour drive down to Ivan’s to get his flash for my ECU. All I can say is WOW!
The real 1700 has been unleashed. My wife and I put 170 or so miles on it.

The low speed bogging and twist to response delay was gone. The deceleration popping, the 5th gear cruising vibrations, and the engine surging were all gone.
I’m not to sure about engine temp as it was below 60 degrees and I was kinda hoping the engine would be hot.

I reset the mpg after the install and just with 170 miles it went from the 37-38 that I always get up to 41-42, but I will see better with more miles.

The motor itself runs so much smoother it is amazing. The engine pulls through every gear smoothly and effortlessly.
Low speed maneuvering is no longer a stressful task. The bike responds as commanded; making parking lots easy.
Even riding on the street the bike feels so much better.

The loss of surging and throttle delay makes it much more stable through turns and in traffic. My wife said she could feel the difference in the ride as well.
I have to thank Ivan for releasing the true potential the Vulcan is capable of. I could not be happier with my new bike.
