ZX636 PAGE

2005 Kawasaki ZX636

Our fuel map... which took several months to develop will provide excellent on/off throttle transitions as well as max power at any throttle opening. This bike also responds great to ignition timing changes at high rpm and at part throttle.
We have developed a custom ignition advance map for this bike as well.

The PC3 must be programmed to accept the ignition module.
So, in order for us to send everything pre-programmed to you, we must have both units in hand.
They both should be purchased at the same time.

The 2005 ZX636 responds well to exhaust changes, especially a well designed Full exhaust system. I have never seen any 600 with as linear a power delivery as this bike.....it literally screams !!

We also have air injection block-off plate kits with the necessary fittings to complete the job.
Our plates are black anodized to look nice as well as preventing corrosion.
(part # AK-KAW3)

We have also developed a Servo Motor Eliminator - for use when installing a different muffler or exhaust system.
This unit will prevent the EFI light from coming on because it mimics the action of the original servo motor and is much smaller, so you can mount your PC3 under your seat and keep what little trunk space that you have.
(Part # SER-KAW1A)
